Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Curpost (“Curpost,” “we,” “us”), an email-based service that notifies you of newly posted job openings. By using Curpost — including by emailing alerts@curpost.com — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Questions: matt@curpost.com.

1. The service

Curpost monitors companies’ public hiring systems and emails you digests of newly posted roles that match criteria you provide. The listings we surface are aggregated from publicly available sources. We work to keep them fresh and relevant, but we don’t guarantee that any digest is complete, accurate, or timely, that a listed role is still open, or that you’ll achieve any particular result. Curpost is an informational tool, not a recruiting, employment, or staffing service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Your email address is your account and identity; keep access to it secure, since anyone emailing from it can manage your alerts.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

4. Acceptable use

Don’t: resell or redistribute the digests or data without our permission; scrape, bulk-export, or reverse-engineer the service; use it to send spam or to violate others’ rights; interfere with or overload the service; or use it unlawfully. Curpost is licensed to you for your own recruiting use.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Curpost service, software, and branding. Job-listing content belongs to its respective sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings, and we aren’t responsible for third-party sites (including employers’ application pages) you reach through our digests, or for any hiring outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curpost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You’ll indemnify Curpost against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using Curpost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, note it in a digest. Continuing to use Curpost after a change means you accept it.
